When you want a direct challenge
Firm, direct, and focused on follow-through.
“Four days above target. Pick one change you can follow through on this weekend.”
When encouragement helps
High energy, celebrates your wins.
“Six days logged. You’re building a routine. Keep it going.”
When the week is hard
Patient, empathetic, never pushy.
“You logged most of the week. Two missed days don’t undo that effort. Start with your next meal.”
Humor with numbers
Dry observations with practical advice.
“The dressing did some heavy lifting. Let’s check how much was in the salad.”
Write it
Describe the tone you want: for example, a caring aunt who gives practical advice and tells you things straight.
“Be warm and direct. Explain the numbers, then suggest one manageable next step.”
Changing personality changes the wording and style of coaching. It does not change your saved records or calorie targets.
