Tell Kexo what you ate, review the estimate, and tap Log it. Your meal record updates on Apple Watch and iPhone. Add remaining calories to a supported watch face to check your day at a glance.

Voice log

Tap the green microphone and describe your meal in up to 90 seconds. Kexo processes the recording and shows estimated items, calories, and a coaching note. Review the result, then tap Log it or discard it and try again.

Review before you save

If Kexo needs more detail, you can record a clearer description. Uncertain items are flagged for review. The meal is saved when you tap Log it.

Calories left on the face

Add Calories left to a supported circular, rectangular, inline, or corner slot, or to the Smart Stack. It shows the same remaining calorie budget as the iPhone widgets. See the widgets.

Connect through your iPhone

Sign in to Kexo on your iPhone to connect the Watch app. If you are signed out, the watch will ask you to open Kexo on iPhone. Workout and weight data reach Kexo through Apple Health on your phone.

Add remaining calories to your watch face

  1. On the watch, touch and hold the face, tap Edit, then a complication slot. Pick Kexo, Calories left.
  2. Or add Calories left to the Smart Stack.
